I live in Clairemont and needed an ac condenser hooked up. I'm a GC so I wanted in done correctly, nitro purge, vacuume, silver braised, etc. Oleg came out next day and had all the correct tools and really did a good job with every aspect. Very happy that I found him. If you have HVAC issues definitely give them a call text. Very prompt.

Oleg initially came out to look at my radiant heater which had stopped working. I had been searching for over a year to find someone who could work on this type of installed heater. I had several people come out. They took one look at the thermostat, which was working, and promptly told me they couldn't help me. Enter Oleg. He actually took the thermostat apart and tested each of the wires and was able to figure out the issue. Unfortunately fixing it required replacing a coil installed in my ceiling and couldn't be done without major work and reconstruction. Thankfully Oleg came up with a much more practical solution. He installed a mini-split heater/ac unit. It is neat, tidy, quiet and works amazingly well! Oleg and his assistant were friendly, polite and answered all of my questions. He took extra care to protect my furniture and kitchen from the dust and debris created from the installation and cleaned up everything when he left. I highly recommend Oleg and Advanced Homes!

I read most of reviews about Oleg's service and now became to 100% agree with them. He promptly responded to me with no delay for scheduling and to check my needs. My furnace was shut down in the middle of night but Oleg was at another work yesterday. Instead, he visited me at 8:00 A.M. this morning to take care of it. The problem was not clear but he could diagnose and figure out to resolve it. It still may need to replace some parts or set up the whole system but Oleg made the furnace back to work now and he gave me a useful tip to keep it work. I am fully satisfied with Oleg's service today. 2 hours of working but he only charged me $60 and now he made me COMPLETELY understand how to deal with my furnace system. In one word, he is a "Specialist"! I really appreciate your help today Oleg and whether to proceed more on furnace or not you will be the first one I will contact from now.

After getting numerous ridiculously high quotes, we found Oleg. He came and gave us a quote for a 3 unit mini-split system that was smack on where it should have been in price. Oleg was great and very professional from the initial contact through the end of the entire install process. He responded immediately to calls and text messages, and had thorough knowledge of the history of AC/mini split systems. His suggestions were what I was looking for when he provided the his free consultation visit. Out of the multiple quotes I received, his prices were by far the best and most reasonable. His install crew was also pleasant and kept the install areas clean and safe - not to mention that they Oleg and his two guys wore their masks the entire time. We are so happy with our 4 zone mini split system, especially now during this heat wave. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

This company fully deserves their perfect yelp rating. I've got a reply back within 10 minutes of sending my request in (and it was after 6pm already). We've set up a time window for a visit the very next day. Oleg gave me a precise ETA and was right on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and improvised a fix (saving us a few days wait for the exact replacement part through the heat of summer). Advanced Homes responded quickly to my initial inquiry about mini-split installation. Oleg was courteous and professional--wearing a mask, gloves and respecting our "shoes off" in the house. I have done a LOT of research on brand and installation quotes/ methods. After initial consultation, Oleg was quick to provide a quote, recommended unit sizes, and set an installation date two weeks out. I went with a dual zone Daikin 15K btu for downstairs, vaulted ceiling living area and 9K btu for master bedroom upstairs. (super efficient at 18.9 SEER rating!!) I have a central air system and it would run for hours, get the temp down to only 80 degrees on hot days and cost a fortune to run. Oleg and Ruslan were awesome. Arrived on time, focused, clean and efficient. They did everything in less than two days! I am ecstatic and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these guys.

This company put my mini split in my mobile home .they were very professional . The best estimate out of all the licensed companies which was a requirement of my elderly park. This review is long overdue but I wanted to leave a good review for Oleg. I hired Oleg to install 4 units mini-split system for a new house I built. Oleg provided a detail proposal and fair priced. He was patience and flexible throughout the project due to a few hiccups I had during construction. He finally completed the final stage of installation in 2020. One time there was a minor technical problem with the system and I called Oleg to come out and he did. He fixed the problem and I had no other issues. The units continue to work great and I am very happy with the system. Thanks Oleg!

Oleg and his team provide one of those contractor experiences that restore your faith in contractors! I initially reached out to them based on the stellar reviews, and our experience was no different. His pricing was totally reasonable (in fact, if not the lowest we received, pretty close), he talked through our options, product recommendations, and well - he just had a friendly and consultative vibe that struck a chord with us. The crew was extremely professional, clean, communicative, and they even bought extra doughnuts for our kids on the first day of installation to boot! Oh, and when we decided to add an extra room to our installation last minute, he graciously called his next customer to work it out and accommodated our extended install schedule.

When the contractor says he will be here at 8am and he actually shows up exactly at 8am, that's already a great start! From the start to the end of the project, everything went great. Oleg's initial quote was not the lowest, but from the initial contact I felt that this company was probably going to be in the top of my choices.
